Calculate distance or time weighted potential

Creates sf of geometry type point with a weighted value of features that match the applied time or distance filter

Arguments

odm_object	of type list encompassing a duration and a distance matrix, the source and target locations. Created by using either calc_odm or calc_odm_multicore
filter_value_type	A string, "time" or "distance"
accessibility_filter_value	A numeric value of minutes or meters
search_direction	A string, "to_targets" or "from_targets"
ors_profile	Route profile, e.g. "foot-walking" or "driving-car"
